Church School Website for During Virtual Programing
At The First Congregational Church of Ann Arbor, we recognize that our kids are our future! We teach lessons of God’s love as kids learn stories from the Bible.
Our kids’ programming is currently virtual. Here are the ways kids can currently participate:
Children’s Circle: Each Sunday, during the 10 a.m. service, a Bible story is shared specifically for children. At FCC we call this time of the service ‘Children’s Circle.’ The 10 a.m. Sunday service is currently being live streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
Church School: On Sunday mornings our classes for kids are called our Church School classes. These classes are meeting through Zoom.
Preschool through 5th grade students are currently meeting weekly on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. The zoom meeting ID is: 874 7180 0287
6th through 8th grade students are meeting monthly on the 1st Sunday of each month. Their zoom meeting starts at 10:20 a.m. The zoom meeting ID is: 836 0645 9893
High school students should email Rev. Darcy Crain for their zoom class information at email@example.com.
Shine at Home: The curriculum we use is called Shine. Since we are at home instead of at church, Shine at Home has been launched for families to do at their own pace. Weekly, emails with lessons and links to additional resources will be sent out. The lessons cover the same Bible stories that are also used for Children’s Circle and Church School. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be added to the mailing list.
Additional up to date information is available on the FCC Church School social media pages.
