Contemporary Issues
The Contemporary Issues Committee is a group of members that seek to bring the issues facing our communities to the forefront of our faith. On the second Sunday of the month, the committee gathers experts in various fields to come in and present engaging topics to our members. Past topics have included sustainable energy initiatives, opium addiction and free Narcan training and materials, and refugee resettlement to name just a few. The sessions take place following the 10 am worship service at 11:00 am. Presenters and topics will be updated here and on Facebook page.
