BOARDS AND COMMITTEES
Activities and Fellowship
Each member is responsible for organizing and implementing one of five annual activities of the church, meets once per year in the fall

Annual Stewardship Campaign
Two to four planning meetings throughout programming year and campaign assistance prior to and during campaign.

Building and Groups
Oversees the maintenance of and improvements to the church structure and property.

Christian Educations
Provides direction and assistance to our Christian education opportunities from preschool through adult, meets Sundays at 11 a.m. every five to six weeks.

Contemporary Issues
Creates programs and events focusing on current events and concerns, meets monthly on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. September through June.

Deacons
Serves our worshipping community on a five- to seven-week rotational basis, meets two to four times a year on Sundays at 9 a.m.

Marketing/PR
Develops and implements advertising and other marketing promotions within the church and community, meets monthly at 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays.

Missions and Outreach
Each year, oversees awarding of monetary grants to local nonprofit groups per criteria established by the committee, explores and implements new hands-on service projects and missions for FCC members and friends, meets intermittently on the fourth Thursday at 7 p.m., check church calendar.

Music
Oversees and discusses most things musical at the church, including the budget. Operates as the vehicle for communication and collaboration for the FCC Music Staff, as well as bringing any concerns from the congregation to the discussions, meets once per month on Sundays at 11:15 a.m. as needed.

Nominating
Prepares the slate of officers and board and committee members, meets every two weeks, Tuesdays at 6 p.m., April through June.
