New Communication Request

Publication - Promotional Requests and Design Needs
  • Please make sure you've allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished, and that you've received proper approval from Council/Trustees/Minister prior to submitting a communication request. Deadline for all materials to be submitted (artwork, text, photos, etc.) is 2 weeks before first publication date.

    Please provide an address if your event is not being held at FCC.
  • Event Details

    Please provide a web address if your event is not being held at FCC or if additional information pertaining to your event is somewhere else besides the FCC AA website.
  • Please write copy including all pertinent information about your event. If you need help creating copy please give a list of details and our Communication Specialist will create copy for you. You must approve any copy created for you prior to any publication.

    When would you like your event to begin being promoted? Your event will be promoted in the places you specify until the event date.
  • Promotional Requests

    If you need flower/handbill/postcard etc. made, please complete Design Needs Section below. You may select as many methods of promotion as you'd like.
  • Design Needs

    If you require media to be developed (graphics, postcards, handbills, flyers, etc.), please allow 2-4 weeks prior to first date of publication. Please know that some media can be developed in house, while other requests will be referred to a third-party marketing firm. Please allow up to 4 weeks for any printed design work. Design work will require your approval before being printed or published.
